Learn how you can upload title documents to Westlake Financial directly from DealerCenter, for both DC dealers and rehash dealers.

For dealers with DealerCenter access:

1.  Go to the Westlake Financial widget on your DealerCenter homepage
   
   
   
   
2.  Right click on the application number
   
   
    
3. Upload your document
   
   
   
   

Once the document is uploaded, you can use this same tool to see whether their document was accepted or rejected.

• If accepted, the app will no longer appear in the "Outstanding Titles" queue.
• If rejected, this tool will explain why and prompt you to re-upload the correct file.

For dealers coming from the RouteOne/DealerTrack rehash screen:

1. Start on the DealerCenter rehash screen and click on the DealerCenter logo on the top right corner.
   
   
   
   
2. Click on "Outstanding Titles" in the Westlake Financial widget on the DealerCenter homepage
   
   
   
   
3. Right click on the application number 
   
   
   
   
4. Upload your document
