Check out the major updates, enhancements, fixes and new features released in November 2022.
The Interest & Principal paid have been added to the header of Payment History and Condensed Payment History forms. The amounts shown are the total interest and principal collected to date on the BHPH account.
The Side Note scheduling in BHPH has been updated to allow for the final Side Note payment to extend past the contracted final due date of the BHPH account.
This update solves an issues in which the customer is past due on their BHPH account and the dealer is trying to apply a Side Note payment past the contracted payoff date of the loan.
The Account Ledger is a new document that can be printed for each account that will show the current account balances and a running list of the transactions and activities that have occurred on the account. The Account Ledger document was created in a specific format to help dealers easily handle credit disputes during audits.
The document records the date, activity specific dollar amounts related to Amount Due, Paid and Past due, Principal Balance, Days past due any comments /memos regarding the activity and records who the user at the dealership who was logged in that applied the changes.
Sensible auto has been added as a new DealerCenter Preferred Lender in Pennsylvania. Dealers interested in signing up with Sensible Auto can learn more about their programs and contact them by clicking the links in the Preferred Lenders section of the DealerCenter Home page.
We have added the total of Front Commissions and Back Commissions to the report row, summary row, and the print/export of the Deal Commissions by Rep report.
The Dealer Version of the Deal Summary printout has been updated to include additional information that was requested by dealers
DealerCenter has updated the Deal Entry screen with a new design and new features to improve the experience of starting a deal. More details about the Deal Entry updates can be found here:

DealerCenter has made changes to the Deal screen in WA to allow dealers to enter the tax rate that is to be applied to the VSC portion of the sale - This helps for out of state deals and deals in which there are special considerations for VSC rates.
The ability to set a fixed payment amount has been added to the Desking screen.
The user will open the Payment po-down and select the “Fixed Payment” option to open the payment field as an input. The final payment amount will be calculated as a result of the fixed payment amount and the term/frequency that is entered on the desking session.
DealerCenter will now allow dealers to manage their Google Business Profile and Google Inventory Listing. This feature will help more local shoppers find the dealer through Google search.
By optimizing dealers Google Business Profile with relevant keywords, engaging content, and consistent updates, it will help dealers climb the local SEO ranks on Google. Users can access the new Google management controls by clicking on Google in the Marketing section of the left-navigation menu.
Dealers subscribed to either the DealerCenter Online Ad Post Premium or SEO Pro products can begin posting their vehicles to their Google business page by clicking on the Vehicle Listing option.
The user will be asked to active the link between their DealerCenter Account and their Google Account.
Once the link between DealerCenter and Google has been established, the user will enter their Google account ID and set the frequency with which they would like to post their vehicles.
Dealers subscribed to AutoSweet can link their DealerCenter account to AutoSweet’s Google Business Profile Management Platform by Clicking on the Business Profile Management option.

DealerCenter has added a feature to allow dealers to send a notification to specific users at the dealership when the craigslist ad balance reaches a specified amount.
To access the settings, Dealers can go to Admin> Dealer Settings> Dealer Profile > Notification. Scroll down to the “Craigslist Low Balance Indicator Configuration” select the minimum amount when you would like the notification to be sent and choose the recipients at the dealership who should be notified.
Some dealers have been requesting to only print the summary because they are only concerned with the totals and don’t always need to see the details of a report.
We have added a new option to the Print Options list in the Print/Export for Print Report Summary Only. This option is available for “System” and “User” created reports.

Selecting Print Summary Only will create a printout that contains only the summary row of the printed report
