A new “Credits and Fees” report has been added to BHPH reports. The Credits and Fees report will show all credits and fees that have been issued across all accounts. If multiple credits and fees have been applied to a single account, that account will appear multiple times in the Credit and Fees report.
We have added a new option that will allow users to automatically apply the stated repo fees as a fee to the account balance. Previously users would have to manually apply the repo fees to the account by taking the Add Fee action.
With this update, a pop-up message will be shown that asks the user if they would like to add a new fee using the amount entered in the Repo Fees field on the Repo/Charge-Off tab.
The fee will be added to the account with a comment of “Repo Fee” and it will be due on the next payment
A new automated email/SMS template has been added that can be triggered when a new BHPH account is created. This will allow users to deliver BHPH-specific messaging to their clients at the onset of the account.
The new BHPH Welcome message can be enabled by selecting a message template in the Template dropdown.
Default email and SMS templates have been created and these templates can be edited and tailored to suit the individual dealer’s needs

DealerCenter has added additional settings to restrict online payments from users when dealer-defined criteria are met. These new settings can be found in the Online Payment Settings section of BHPH Settings.
Partial Payment/Less Than Amount Due
This setting will prevent customers from making online payments if the entered amount to pay is less than the payment due amount. A message will be displayed to the customer telling them to contact the dealership to complete their transaction.
Insurance Expired
This setting will prevent customers from making online payments if the current insurance status is “expired.” A message will be displayed to the customer telling them to contact the dealership to complete their transaction.
Has Active CPI
This setting will prevent customers from making online payments if the account has an active CPI sidenote. A message will be displayed to the customer telling them to contact the dealership to complete their transaction.
Has Active Auto-pay Schedule
This setting will prevent customers from making online payments if the account has an active Auto-Pay schedule. A message will be displayed to the customer telling them to contact the dealership to complete their transaction.
Days Past Due is Greater Than X Days
This setting will prevent customers from making online payments if the account’s days past due exceeds a threshold set by the dealership. A message will be displayed to the customer telling them to contact the dealership to complete their transaction.
Repo Status is in X Status
This setting will prevent customers from making online payments if the account’s current repo status matches one of the restricted repo statuses set by the dealership. A message will be displayed to the customer telling them to contact the dealership to complete their transaction.
DealerCenter has added two checkbox quick filters to filter for “Replied” and “Un-replied” SMS and Email messages in both the “Inbox” reports under the Customer reports and “Email/SMS” in the SALES Dashboard widget.
By default, both filters will be left unchecked. Users can filter out the Text/SMS and Emails for the messages that they replied to Westlake's new GAP product or not replied to. Users should only select one of the filters. Selecting both filters will not enable any filters. Users will be able to quickly filter out the messages they have replied to or not replied (Un-replied) to.

Credito Real is expanding the reach of their integration with DealerCenter into Pennsylvania. With this release, Credito Real will now be available to dealers in FL, VA, MD, and PA.

The Payment to Income (PTI) and Loan to Value (LTV) fields will now be displayed in the Deal Entry screen for BHPH and Finance deals. This will help dealers see where the current deal stands in relation to the tolerances of the lender guidelines.
Numbers are based on the calculations below.
PTI (Payment to Income) = Payment / Income*100 (Income = Buyer Income + Co-Buyer Income)
LTV (Loan to Value) = Amount Financed / (Book Value * 100)
Two new filters have been added to the Deal Commissions by Rep report – Deal ID and Vehicle. These filters will allow users to better find specific deals within the report data.
The Facebook Marketplace settings have been updated to allow users to include vehicles with the statuses of “Inbound” and “In Recon.
Users can update their settings to include the new statuses by navigating to Settings>Inventory>Online Marketing and clicking on the Manage Facebook button
The user will navigate to the Marketplace tab and select the statuses they would like to include in the feed to Facebook Marketplace.
Dealers with multiple locations/instances of DC will now be able to view the records of any or all of the different locations by using a filter on their inventory reports.
The newly added “Company” filter will allow the user to select which location(s) they would like to view, and the results will be displayed without having to Switch Dealership accounts.
