BHPH

Preferred Method of Communication for BHPH Email/SMS

A new feature has been added to allow users to choose which automated message type (Email/SMS) is used for automated messaging. Users will now be able to select a temple for both email and SMS templates for each automated messaging event (IE: Payment Reminders, Past Due Notifications, etc.) and then choose the preferred message type to send to each customer.

 

A new setting has been added to the header sections of BHPH account to allow users to choose the preferred method of communication for automated mated messages that will be sent to this account.

 

This setting will have the following options:

No Preference

This will use the “Send As” setting in the BHPH Automatic Email/SMS Settings.

 

Email

All automated messages will be sent via email to this customer, even if the general “Send As” setting is set to SMS.

An email template will need to be selected for each message event type for that message to be delivered

 

SMS

All automated messages will be sent via text/SMS to this customer, even if the general “Send As” setting is set to email.

An SMS template will need to be selected for each message event type for that message to be delivered.

 

DEAL

Withhold Payment Tracking

DealerCenter has added “Withhold Payment Balance” and “Withhold Payment Collected” as reportable fields in the “Outstanding Funding Payments” and “All Payments Received” reports. This will make it easier for dealers to track the outstanding payments that have been withheld and if they are still outstanding

 

 

Title and Registration Partners Added to the Post Sale Tab

We have added the ability to see the Title and Registration partners that the user is active with in the bottom of the post-sale tab. This will function exactly like viewing the Title and Registration partners in the left navigation bar in the deal screen.

 

Sensible State Expansion into Arizona

Sensible is expanding their DealerCenter integration to Arizona. Sensible is now in the following states AZ, PA, MA, CT, AR, AL, FL, GA, IL, IN, KY, MD, ME, MI, MN, MS, NC, NH, NY, OH, OK, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, VT, WI, WV

 

ACC Expansion into Florida

ACC (Automotive Credit Corporation) is expanding their coverage to Florida, on top of their current states of Idaho, Ohio, Nevada, Minnesota, Delaware, and Oklahoma.

 

GOLF State Expansion

GOLF is expanding to 11 additional states
