Credit Card Processing Fee on Deposits
We have added the ability for users to add the processing fee to deposits taken in DC and Dealer Websites. The user will begin by navigating to Settings and clicking on the Payments Settings tab of the Dealer Profile. The user can then add the processing fee (flat amount or percentage) and the payment type(s) that apply to the processing fee.
Once added, the processing fee will be visible on the deposit screen when one of the applicable payment types is selected.
Example deposit is taken from the customer record in DealerCenter:

Messaging Limits based on product and Twilio registration status
Due to increasing messaging charges from mobile carriers, we have established monthly SMS/Text limits for dealers with BHPH and/or CRM product subscriptions. If an account has multiple product subscriptions, the SMS/Text limits will be the sum of each individual product limit. BHPH and CRM products on trial will each have a 50 SMS/Text maximum limit during the free trial period. Both incoming and outgoing SMS/Text will be counted towards the limits.
For accounts with subscribed CRM and/or BHPH product(s), by default, we will continue to send texts beyond the monthly “soft limit,” and an overage fee of $0.03 per outbound or inbound text will apply. There won’t be a limit on the length of the message. We will add a dealer setting to allow the users to turn off sending any texts beyond the soft limit if dealers are not happy with the overage fees. This new setting will be added on the 7/19 deployment.
|Product||Monthly SMS Quota (Soft Limit)|
|Product||Trial Window SMS Quota (Hard Limit)|
|BHPH (During Trial Period)||50|
|CRM (During Trial Period)||50|
Users can view their usage summary for their SMS/Text
1. There is a new “SMS” icon on the upper right top of the page which allows the users to see their usage summary for the month.
2. When creating or editing SMS tasks from the workflow setup, users can view the % of the usage. Clicking on the % will expand and show the usage summary.

TCPA stipulates that businesses cannot text or call subscribers before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM
Due to the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), businesses cannot send a text or call subscribed customers before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM.
To be in compliance with the TCPA requirements, DealerCenter will be restricting any manual or automated text messages before 8:00 AM or after 9:00 PM in the dealer's time zone.
