We are now updating the customer’s phone number, email address, and address on the BHPH customer record when the manage contact info section of the collection tab is updated. This is to help sync the contact info of the customer when collection reps make updates while doing their collection activities.
To update the customer’s contact info from the collections tab, users will click on “Manage Contact Info” add a new Phone/Email/Address, and mark it as active.
For the phone number, if the “Consent to Call” is marked no, the Do Not Contact (DNC) notification will appear when trying to call using that number.
We have added the ability to print a BHPH account’s payment history as a PDF or export it as a CSV file from the primary account view.
Users can initiate the print/export by opening a BHPH account and clicking on either the print or export button.
The PDF print will maintain the same formatting as the Payment History printout in the BHPH print menu. The results shown will reflect any filters that had been applied to the payment history view.
The CSV export will generate a CSV file with the values for each payment on a single row. The results shown will reflect any filters that had been applied to the payment history view.
A new setting has been added to Customer settings to prevent SMS/text messages from being sent when your account has exceeded (or will exceed) your monthly limit of messages.
The new setting can be found in the Voice, SMS, and Email Options tab of Customer settings.
Users attempting to manually send a new SMS/text message will see an alert letting them know that the threshold has been reached.
CRM Pro: 4000 Limit
CRM Plus: 2000 Limit
CRM Basic: 1000 Limit
BHPH: 500 Limit
3 cents per SMS, over the limit
Prospects from whom automated messages have been suppressed will be stamped with the following note.

The user can access these inputs by clicking on the Options link in the Additional Products settings in Deal Settings.
The Options link will open a small popup with the additional inputs.
We have added a new setting to allow users to open all deals and desking sessions in the Customer View.
