Check out the major updates, enhancements, fixes, and new features released in October 2023.
Users will now be able to create new account conditions from the deal instead of just in the settings.
From the BHPH account, in the Account Details tab, select ADD from the Account condition section. Users can select from a drop-down of existing options or click on “Create New Condition.”
When the user selects Create New Condition, a New Account Condition Popup will appear. From there, users can enter the details and then save.
For BHPH dealers, we have added an additional over-payment settings options for their customers who are making payments online on the dealer’s DealerCenter Website. Dealers can program the online payment options to ask the customers the option of applying payment overages toward the next payment or towards the principal amount. The dealer can also preselect the option and not give the dealer an option but just apply the overages towards the next payment or apply overages towards the principal amount.
The settings can be accessed in Admin> Dealer Settings> BHPH>BHPH Management.
Users can check the option to stop any payment reminders if the customer is set up on autopay. The setting can be accessed in Admin> Dealer Settings> BHPH>SMS and Email Options.
To assist newer dealers, we have analyzed the most commonly used documents for Cash, BHPH, and Finance deals for each state. We have taken those documents and created default print packs and default eContracting print packs for all new DealerCenter accounts.
Included in these default print packs are all the documents for the Signer/Cosigner and trade-ins. If there are any missing documents that a dealer requires for their Printpack, the users can choose to copy and create a custom print pack from these default Printpack.
eContracting Packs
Print Packs
To edit the default print packs, users can click on the pencil icon to edit and make a copy of the current print pack and add/or delete documents they need in the new print pack.
Once all the documents are set, the users will need to name the new print packs and add a default lender to the print pack that can be assigned. Once the print pack is completed, users can click save to use the updated pack in the future.
ACC will now be available as DealerCenter's preferred lender in IN &CO.
We have added the Deskpro feature to Western Funding. Deskpro allows dealers to see multiple options and maximize their profits while still meeting customers’ max payment and down payment requirements.
SecureOne prepaid maintenance will be a default in certain states. Currently, it is defaulted in AZ, CA, NV, UT, and WA. Future states of FL, IN, MI, NC, OH, PA, TN, and TX will be in the future expansion. The Buy Program will control default Prepaid Maintenance availability.
If the deal is eligible for SecureOneMaintenance, it would be autoselected on Start Deal.
When a user rehashes from DealerTrack or RouteOne, the rehash screen will have three new subtabs, Stipulations, Verifications, and Messages.
Stipulations
The stipulation tab will show the status of the Stipulation and the Stipulation Type; notes: Includes 2-way comments between the Dealer and Underwriting. There will be additional alerts to notify the dealer of any additional required actions regarding the stipulation.
Clicking on the print icon in the upper right-hand corner will print out the list of the stipulations.
Users can click on a stip, and a dialog box will open.
