For BHPH dealers, we have added an additional over-payment settings options for their customers who are making payments online on the dealer’s DealerCenter Website. Dealers can program the online payment options to ask the customers the option of applying payment overages toward the next payment or towards the principal amount. The dealer can also preselect the option and not give the dealer an option but just apply the overages towards the next payment or apply overages towards the principal amount.
The settings can be accessed in Admin> Dealer Settings> BHPH>BHPH Management.
Users can check the option to stop any payment reminders if the customer is set up on autopay. The setting can be accessed in Admin> Dealer Settings> BHPH>SMS and Email Options.
DEAL - New Default Print Pack for New Dealers [Cash/BHPH/Finance]
To assist newer dealers, we have analyzed the most commonly used documents for Cash, BHPH, and Finance deals for each state. We have taken those documents and created default print packs and default eContracting print packs for all new DealerCenter accounts.
Included in these default print packs are all the documents for the Signer/Cosigner and trade-ins. If there are any missing documents that a dealer requires for their Printpack, the users can choose to copy and create a custom print pack from these default Printpack.
To edit the default print packs, users can click on the pencil icon to edit and make a copy of the current print pack and add/or delete documents they need in the new print pack.
Once all the documents are set, the users will need to name the new print packs and add a default lender to the print pack that can be assigned. Once the print pack is completed, users can click save to use the updated pack in the future.
ACC will now be available as DealerCenter's preferred lender in IN &CO.
We have added the Deskpro feature to Western Funding. Deskpro allows dealers to see multiple options and maximize their profits while still meeting customers’ max payment and down payment requirements.
SecureOne prepaid maintenance will be a default in certain states. Currently, it is defaulted in AZ, CA, NV, UT, and WA. Future states of FL, IN, MI, NC, OH, PA, TN, and TX will be in the future expansion. The Buy Program will control default Prepaid Maintenance availability.
If the deal is eligible for SecureOneMaintenance, it would be autoselected on Start Deal.
When a user rehashes from DealerTrack or RouteOne, the rehash screen will have three new subtabs, Stipulations, Verifications, and Messages.
The stipulation tab will show the status of the Stipulation and the Stipulation Type; notes: Includes 2-way comments between the Dealer and Underwriting. There will be additional alerts to notify the dealer of any additional required actions regarding the stipulation.
Clicking on the print icon in the upper right-hand corner will print out the list of the stipulations.
Users can click on a stip, and a dialog box will open.
Comments: Dealers can add a comment that will be mapped to the specified stip.
Stips Uploaded tab: Dealers can view previously uploaded stips
Browse your PC tab: Dealers can upload stips that are saved in the user's computer
View Uploads tab: Dealers can view documents being uploaded.
There will be added alerts that require dealer action.
The verifications tab will have Stip Status, Type, Notes (2-way comments from DealerCenter/UW), and Updated Date.
Clicking the print icon from the Verifications tab will print out a report showing the stip, status, type notes or comments, and the last date it was updated.
Clicking on a stip and a dialog box will open, and the users can add any comments regarding the stip. All dialog is tagged by the sender of the message, Lender/Dealer, with a date and timestamp.
There are Quick Filters for the messages: All (default option), General, Stip, and Verification.
Communication between the lender and dealer will be tagged to specify who the person is as a lender or dealer.
Lender Name & Employee Name: The messages will be tagged and display the Lender Name & Employee sending the comment or notes.
Dealer and Employee Name: If the comments are submitted Outside of DealerCenter, the notes will be tagged as "Dealer Comment," If inside of DealerCenter, it will state the first & last name of the user.
Click the Print Icon from the Message Tab will print out the messages on the specific deal.
If a user does a deal in DC ( Non-Rehash), in the WFS Funding Tab, the Pizza Tracker will be displayed. Below the pizza tracker, there will be only a Stipulations and Messages tab.
Users will be able to view all stips or previously submitted stips. Selecting a stip with a “Missing “ status will allow the user to upload the stip for review.
