Make sure you are signed in to your own account login. This verification/activation process requires your email or phone number associated with your login username.

1. Select the link in the red bar at the top of the page.
2. Choose your activation method. If prompted, enter email or phone number.
3. A one-time-use passcode will be sent to either your phone or email (depending on the activation method you chose). Enter the passcode you received to complete the process. Passcode is CaSE-SenSItive!!
1. Again, verify this is your personal DealerCenter sign-in, and that you are not using a shared login.
2. Close the Security Activation window. Select the login name at the top right-hand corner of the window, then choose Profile from the dropdown menu.
3. On your Profile page edit your email / cell phone under the Password Recovery section.
