Keeping Your Data Secure with Our Latest Login System Update

We are committed to providing you with a secure and efficient experience using the DealerCenter Mobile App. In line with this commitment, we are excited to announce an update to our mobile application's login system that reinforces security while maintaining ease of use.

What's New?

Our enhanced login system now operates through your device's browser, powered by a new authentication server. Rest assured, this change is seamless and will not alter your existing login credentials.

Transitioning to Your Device’s Password Manager

With the discontinuation of native biometric authentication (such as Face ID or Fingerprint), we recommend using your device’s built-in password manager for a swift and secure login process.

Here’s how it benefits you:

  • Your password manager will automatically fill in your login details, utilizing your biometric profile for verification.
  • This ensures a smooth and uninterrupted login experience.
  • Your data security is bolstered, aligning with the latest in authentication technology.

How to Make the Change

For iOS Users:

  1. Go to your device’s Settings.
  2. Access the Passwords section and input your passcode if prompted.
  3. Tap on Password Options.
  4. Enable AutoFill Passwords and Passkeys.
  5. Choose iCloud Passwords & Keychain or another password manager of your preference.
  6. Return to the main Settings.
  7. Proceed to Face ID & Passcode.
  8. Turn on Password AutoFill.
  9. Save your DealerCenter login credentials in the Password Manager during your next login.

*Please note that steps may slightly differ based on your iOS version.

For Android Users:

  1. Open your device’s Settings.
  2. Head over to Password & security.
  3. Tap on Manage passwords.
  4. Select Autofill service.

  6. Store your DealerCenter login details in the Password Manager upon your next login.

*The procedure may vary slightly depending on your Android device and OS version.
