DEAL

New Default Print Pack for New Dealers [Cash/BHPH/Finance] (TX,FL,AZ)

As part of the new printing UX pilot, we are releasing default print packs for each deal type (Finance, Cash, and BHPH) in certain states. California was the first state and now we are expanding to TX, FL, AZ.


The goal of this project was to give new dealers a better starting point for printing when working different deal types. Instead of having to create their own print packs, we will start them with a default print pack that they can edit and save to suit the individual needs of their store.

To edit the default print packs, users can click on the pencil icon to edit and make a copy of the current print pack and add/or delete documents they need in the new print pack.

Once all the documents are set, the users will name the new print packs (and assign it to a lender if applicable). Once the print pack is completed, users can click save to use the updated pack in the future.

The appropriate print pack will be available based on the deal type.

Show Down Payment on Buyers order for Cash Deals

Currently, when users are taking a down payment on a cash deal, the buyers order does not reflect the down payment, only the full amount of the total cash due is printed on the buyers’ order. We have made an adjustment in DealerCenter to now reflect the initial down payment and the remaining balance as a deferred down payment.

Phone number Not requirement on Cash Deals

Currently, users were required to enter a phone number for the customer. If the users didn’t provide one, a pop-up message would appear to indicate errors and the phone number fields would be highlighted.

Phone numbers will no longer be a required field when starting a cash deal.

Report Schedule Update

DealerCenter has updated the Report Scheduler to enhance the ability to set up, manage, and edit the reports and to schedule the automation of the delivery of the reports.

 

Accessing Report Schedules from the Left-Navigation Menu

Users will now be able to access the Report Schedule from the DealerCenter left-navigation Menu.

The report schedule screen will display two tabs that will show active and disabled schedules. On each active and disabled schedules, users can quickly enable, disable, and delete the schedules for the reports. Quick search box will allow users to search by Schedule Name or Report name.

 

Quick filters on the top of the screen will allows users to quickly filter by report type (User, Company and System), module type (Inventory, Customer, Deal and BHPH) and scheduled reports created by the user.

Easily Set Up Schedules

Users can now begin setting up a delivery schedule for the report they are viewing by clicking on the  “Schedule this report to receive an email?” link to set up the schedule.

Report Screen with an Active Schedule

Reports with an active delivery schedule associated will display the frequency and time that the report is scheduled to be delivered. Users can click the link to “View Schedules” link to make edits or disable the schedule.

Selecting the “Turn off schedule” option will pop up a confirmation window with the message “Are you sure you want to disable (Name of the report) ?”

Report Screen with Multiple Schedules

Reports that are associated with multiple delivery schedules will now display the number of active schedules for that report. Users can click the link to “View Schedules” link to make edits or disable the schedule.

Selecting the “View Schedules” option will pop up a screen with the list of reports. Selecting a report will display the schedule settings and allow the users to quickly edit and save or cancel any changes made to the schedule settings.

Updates for Viewing Outstanding Titles on the DC Homepage

Westlake and Western Funding has updated the “Outstanding Title “Page. The changes are to update the users experience similar to the updates made to the stipulation page on the deal screen. Users can now see the status of the outstanding titles for the funded deals.

Mobile

Stipulation (Stip) Upload Button

Upload Button
From the Deal in the mobile app, a new upload button in “Stips” tab, will allow users to upload multiple Stips from various types of files.

 

Add settings to store Photos/ Videos into Albums

Photos and Videos

Photos and Videos taken on the mobile device can be stored automatically in device’s photo gallery called DealerCenter. Users can Enable/Disable this feature in the DealerCenter App’s Settings.

To access the settings, click on the 3 horizontal dashes on the upper left, the left navigation bar will expand and scroll down to the settings.

Ability to add account conditions and account adjustments.

Users can now add account conditions as well credits and fees on to the BHPH account from the mobile app.

 

Account Conditions

From the BHPH deal in the mobile app, users can click on the “Account Details” and search for the “Add” button next to the Account Condition field. A pop-up menu will appear with option of choices for the account conditions. The options can be added but only from the desktop application.

Account Adjustments

Users can open the BHPH deal from the mobile app and scroll down to the “Add Credit / Fee” to the account. A credit or Fee can be applied to the BHPH deal on the next payment or at the end of the loan.
