Check out the major updates, enhancements, fixes, and new features released in July 2024.
Currently, on Deals that are in a sold status, Users who want to make adjustments to their Discounts, Acquisition fees, and Reserve amount will need to put the deal back into “Pending “status. To make it easier to alter the numbers, we have added lock icons on those fields in both the Deal Contract tab and in the Net Proceeds pop-up when the deal moves to Sold-Funded.
Users with “Can manage deal status” permissions will be able to see the locks on the appropriate fields in the final Net Proceeds screen or under the Lender info field in the Deal Contract tab.
Clicking on the lock icon will unlock the field and allow the users to edit the field without having to change the status of the deal from “Sold-Funded” to “Pending” to edit the fields.
Users who are logged into the DealerCenter mobile app will now be able to switch between different accounts. Any users with admin permissions can set up the users to be able to have access and switch between their different accounts.
As a default, users will be logged into the primary account that is set up in their settings. If they switch to another location and log out, once they log back in, they will still be defaulted to the primary account. Users can only have one primary account.
Example: User Permissions
From the home screen of the mobile app, users will be able to click on the name of the location they are currently logged into in their DealerCenter mobile app. A pop-up menu will display the other location/locations and the user can click on the location they would like to switch to.
Users will need to select the location they would like to switch to.
We are providing users with the same kind of dashboard view access that we have in the DealerCenter web application. This feature is for the Inventory module.
Just like various tabs and tiles available in the DealerCenter web app dashboard, we will create a horizontal scroll view on the top of the screen and multiple tiles in the mobile app UI.
Users will see a green horizontal bar on the top of the mobile application's home screen. An initial walk-through tutorial will pop up to walk the users through the process. Users will need to click on “Next” to proceed through the tutorial.
