Add Gap, Insurance, Warranty, Service Contract, Theft, Protection, Additional Product Type Filter

We’ve made an adjustment to how product rates are displayed and returned from the aftermarket providers. Previously, the displayed products/rates returned would be based on the selected product type when the Get Quote action was taken.

Example: Only rates for VSCs were being returned and displayed if the user set the product type as Additional VSC before requesting the quote.

1.png

A new control has been added to the Product Rating, allowing the user to see rates for all product types from the selected provider.

1.png

Selecting this will throw a pop-up asking the user for additional inputs that may be needed to retrieve rates for all products. The user will enter the required info and hit submit.

1.png

The user will then be returned to the Product Rating window, and they can view all available products and rates by selecting the Product Type drop-down at the top of the screen.
