BHPH

Update Summary row of Active Accounts report

Active accounts report and is being modified to show more information like the total interest, total side note balance, and the total fees owed, in the totals on the bottom. The additional fields are to help verify if the account totals in BHPH match the account totals in Quickbooks.

We have following values to the Summary row of the Active Accounts report in BHPH:

  • Down Bal.
  • Interest Bal.
  • Fees Balance
  • Side Note Bal.
  • Available Credits

New columns have been added and will be displayed in the report (before the Total Balance column)

  • Down
  • Principal
  • Interest
  • Fees
  • Side Notes
  • Credits

DEAL

FinBe eContract upload stips

When a user is submitting a deal to a lender and FinBe is selected, users will be able to see and click on a “Upload Stips” button on the Deal Contract tab.

 

This will allow the user to choose either files from the files tab in the deal, or select from files on their compute. Once a file is chosen, the users can specify which lender stip type it is that they are uploading. Once the files are uploaded, users can submit the files to the lender.

Wrench Pre-Paid Maintenance Plan Integration

Wrench is an aftermarket provider for prepaid maintenance products. They are integrating with DC as a new aftermarket provider. The wrench program offers a single product with two term levels/pricing tiers. The two term levels/pricing tiers are as follows:

  • 24-month PP Service Package
    • Cost: $350
    • Price: $545
  • 36-month PP Service Package
    • Cost: $450
    • Price: $645

 

To sign up for Wrench Pre-Paid maintenance program, Dealers will need to go to Settings> Deals > Partner Settings. Wrench will be an option, as a new partner in the Aftermarket section of the Partners tab. There will be a user input for the user’s Wrench ID, a button to activate the integration, and a link to a landing page in which the user can learn more about Wrench and a link to a landing page in which the user can learn more about Wrench and sign up.

Interested dealers can click on the “Interested in becoming a Wrench dealer? Click Here” link (https://wrenchtotalcar.wpenginepowered.com/dealercenter/) and will be taken to a landing page, users can click on the “Become a TotalCare Reseller Today!” to complete a signup form.

Once the signup form is filled out, users can click on “Register” to complete the signup.

Once the dealer is registered, the account is created instantly and the user can  log into their account https://partner.wrench.com/totalcare/login, users can click on their name on the top right and click "PROFILE", and the page will update and display the dealer ID.

The user will need to enter the Dealer ID in their settings , to activate the integration.

The Wrench integration will be available for dealers in all 50 states, but Wrench will not be available in the following states if Westlake is the lender on the deal:

  • AZ
  • CA
  • FL
  • IN
  • MD
  • MI
  • NC
  • NJ
  • NV
  • OH
  • PA
  • TN
  • TX
  • UT
  • WA

 

If the Wrench product is already added on the deal, DealerCenter will remove the Wrench product from the deal and a message will be displayed when WFS is added as the lender “The Wrench Pre-paid maintenance plan is not available on Westlake deals and has been removed. Please click on SecureOne for alternative options. “

Once Wrench is active, user will need to go into the be able to add the Wrench pre-paid maintenance product from the deal screen, from the VSC/Products field.

 

By clicking the “Wrench” link, in the “Click to Quickly Add a Product” section, users will be able to view and select from a 24 month or 36 month service coverage option. Once a term is selected, the product will be added, and users will be given the option to Preview the contract or print the contract.

Once Active, the label on the button in the dealer’s settings, will change to Deactivate. Hitting the Deactivate button will disable the Wrench integration.

The following toast notification will be thrown to the user: “Wrench is now deactivated.”

Add Buyers Guide Template Selection to Deal print

The printing from the Deal screen print menu will be enhanced to by adding the Buyers Guide template and allow editing functionality, currently the buyers guide is only available from the vehicle record print menu. This enhancement will dealers to add the Buyers Guide to a print pack and make necessary adjustments to the Buyers Guide directly within Deal screen Print menu prior to printing.

 

Accessing the Buyers Guide Options:

Dealers can add the Buyers Guide to a print pack, or selecting the Buyers Guide from the document library, the user will see a gear/options button next to the Buyers Guide entry. Clicking the gear/options button will open the Buyers Guide Options menu. The menu will display available template options to edit the and editable input fields relevant to the Buyers Guide.
