How to Use DealerCenter’s Auction Run List

Getting Started with Auction Run List

DealerCenter partners with major auctions like ADESA, Manheim, Copart, and Smart Auction to give you access to their full vehicle inventory. Whether it’s an online or in-lane sale, you can search and plan ahead right inside DealerCenter.

1. Go to Inventory from the left-hand menu.
2. Select Auction Run List from the dropdown.
3. You can also access it using the Quick Links on your Homepage.
   
   

Using Auction Search Filters

Narrow your auction results using filters that help you zero in on the right vehicles for your dealership.

• Upcoming auction dates
• Location and distance from your dealership
• Vehicle year, make, or model
• Specific auction houses or platforms

You can also save your search criteria and opt in to receive email alerts when new matches are available. This helps you prepare for each auction with a clear strategy in place.

Auction Run List Results Page

The results page displays critical details for each vehicle, including make, model, mileage, lane and run number (for in-lane auctions), and sale date.

Use the star icon to favorite vehicles. Your favorites list will be available in the DealerCenter mobile app for quick access during live auctions.

View a Specific Vehicle on Auctions

Clicking on a vehicle opens the vehicle detail page, where you can access helpful tools and insights to support your purchase decision.

1. View book values, vehicle history reports, and condition info
2. Use Market Pricing Data (if subscribed) to compare price points within your market
3. Mark the vehicle as reviewed or send its details via email
4. See if this vehicle matches a customer’s Wishlist in your CRM
   
   

Using Auction Run List on the Mobile App

The DealerCenter mobile app includes all the same auction tools—making it easy to review saved vehicles and conduct searches from anywhere.

1. Open the mobile app and go to the Auctions section from the home screen.
2. Tap Wishlist or Recently Viewed to pull up vehicles you’ve flagged.
3. Tap Auctions to begin a new search with filters and sort tools.
