What is Datalinx?
Datalinx provides a seamless integration with DealerCenter that lets you easily and accurately report payment records to the credit bureaus. Informing borrowers that you report all loan payments to credit bureaus can encourage timely payments and make auto payments a higher priority.
Benefits of reporting customer loan payments:
- Reduce collection calls and visits
- Encourage customers to make timely payments
- Help customers build positive credit and improve their credit scores
Where do I start?
- Go to Settings, select the BHPH tab, then select the Partners Settings tab.
- In the Datalinx ID field, enter your dealership phone number.
- Select Save (or Save and Close).
How does Datalinx Export work?
After activating the Datalinx Export integration in Settings, a new menu option called Datalinx Export will appear under the BHPH menu on the homepage (refresh the homepage to see the option).
On the 1st of every month, DealerCenter collects all your BHPH data and prepares it for sending. When ready to send data to Datalinx, select Datalinx Export. DealerCenter will automatically transmit your data with a single click—Datalinx handles the rest!
