Accessing Work Orders
Technicians can view assigned jobs and work orders using the Technician Board and Work Order Board:
- Go to the Servicing menu and select Technician Board.

- The Technician Board displays jobs assigned to you with details like job name, vehicle, and status. Click a job to open the work order.
- You can also go to Servicing and select Work Order Board to view all active work orders.

- Click a work order number to open and view full details.
Work Order Page
The Work Order page provides an overview of all assigned tasks and service progress:
- At the top of the page, review the Workflow Tracker to see the current stage of the work order.

- Review vehicle details, customer contact info, and job/inspection assignments in their respective tabs.
Inspections
Technician Inspections are a key part of the service process and are completed in the Inspection tab of the Work Order:
- Go to the Inspection tab and click on the Technician Inspection.

- If not already assigned, enter your name as the inspector.
- Use the checklist to review each item. Mark as OK, Needs Future Repair, or Immediate Repair. Add notes or photos as needed.
- Use the Repair Recommendations section to flag needed repairs for review by the Service Advisor.

- Once completed, update the inspection status to Completed.

Jobs
Assigned jobs appear in the Jobs tab of the Work Order:
- Review labor items, parts, and special instructions.

- Click to update job status to In Progress or Completed as you work.

- You can also update individual items within the job—mark labor as completed or a part as installed.
Mobile Access
Technicians can complete inspections and update jobs from the DealerCenter mobile app:
- From the home screen, tap Technical Inspections or Jobs to view your assignments.

- Tap an inspection to open it. Mark checklist items by category or item. Add notes or photos using the menu.

- Tap Save once inspection is complete.

- Acces Jobs on Mobile App.
