DealerCenter has partnered with CheckMy Driver by Modives to introduce real-time insurance verification and ongoing insurance monitoring for BHPH customers. This integration will allow BHPH to verify their customer’s current insurance status and coverage level and also enable active monitoring so that the dealer is notified of any changes that are made to the customer’s current insurance status and/or coverage levels.
Bulk Enablement of Monitoring for Existing Customers
CheckMy Driver Insurance Verification
DealerCenter users can enable ongoing insurance monitoring for multiple accounts at a time by using the Bulk Actions option in the BHPH Insurance Status report.
The user will select the customers for who they would like to enable monitoring and use the bulk actions to select the Enable Ins. Monitoring action.
The verification process will be started for the selected customers, after which the customer’s current insurance information will be updated with the BHPH account and the active monitoring will be enabled.

DealerCenter users can add the CheckMy Driver product from the Product Subscription option in the Admin section of the DealerCenter left-navigation menu.
CheckMy Driver will be available for selection in the Pay-Per-Use section.
The pricing breakdown for CheckMy Driver is as follows:
Once the product has been added to the dealer’s account, a CheckMy Driver representative will contact the dealer to begin the onboarding process.
DealerCenter users can verify their BHPH customer’s insurance status and coverage limits by clicking the ‘Verify Ins with CheckMy Driver’ button in the insurance window of a BHPH account.
CheckMy Driver will send an SMS and Email message to the customer with a link to begin the verification process. The customer will first be asked to establish a user ID and password with CheckMy driver. Once the customer’s CheckMy driver ID is created the customer will select their current insurance carrier and enter their credentials for that carrier.
The customer will enter their insurance carrier credentials or upload a picture of their insurance card within the link sent by CheckMy Driver. CheckMy Driver will contact the carrier to retrieve the customer’s current insurance information.
CheckMy Driver will validate the customer’s insurance information with the carrier and that information will be populated within the insurance window of the BHPH account.
The Verification Status will be returned and updated throughout the verification process.
The Verification Status result is also a link that will open a pop-up with additional information about the customer's current coverage/adequacy levels.
The Submitted customer information will be shown on the right (Verification Information) and the results returned from the insurance carrier will be displayed on the left (Policy Information). Any discrepancies will be called out.
DealerCenter users can also enable ongoing insurance monitoring for their BHPH customers by clicking the ‘Enable CheckMy Driver Monitoring’ button.
CheckMy Driver Monitoring will provide the dealer with automatic updates when the customer makes a policy change, cancellation, or coverage limit change to their current insurance. When monitoring is enabled, CheckMy Driver will make run a check on the customer’s current coverage levels every two weeks. The dealer will be notified via email that an update has been received, and the new coverage information will be updated within DealerCenter.
If the customer’s insurance was not previously verified, the verification process will be run before monitoring can be enabled
The Check Anytime button will make an on-demand call to check the customer’s current coverage levels. This can be used to receive updated information on previously verified customers and/or receive updates outside of the two-week monitoring cycle.
The Insurance Status report in BHPH reports has been updated to Include the CheckMy Driver verification status, verification date, and monitoring status.
A new CheckMy Driver Dashboard report has also been added to allow dealers to view more granular information about previous verifications and monitoring updates.
