BHPH

BHPH- Bulk email/sms redesign

The BHPH bulk email and SMS feature has been redesigned with a strong focus on improving message accuracy and reliability. Users can now select one or multiple accounts directly from search results or dedicated bulk send screens, then review a detailed confirmation popup that shows invalid phone numbers and emails to ensure messages only reach real, unique contacts.

BHPH- Update Active Account Label on BHPH Dashboard

The label on the Active BHPH Accounts widget on the BHPH dashboard will be updated to make it clearer for users. The widget currently shows the number of active accounts but does not include accounts that are in Repo or Out for Repo status, which can cause confusion. To clarify this, a subheading will be added under the main label with the text "(Accounts not in Repo/Out for Repo)". This change will align the label with the Active BHPH Account Balances widget for better consistency and user understanding.

Service

SERVICE- Service Parts Report

A new management report for service parts has been added. This report provides a comprehensive view of all parts and includes detailed information for each part. Users can filter the report by Part Status, Vendor Name, Vehicle, Part Name, Delivery Date, Purchase Approval (Yes/No), and Approved By (via a name drop-down list). The report also displays summary totals for Total Parts, Total Cost, and Total Retail Price, and includes flexible sorting and filtering options to help users easily review, manage, and analyze parts data.

SERVICE- Add Appointments Report

A new custom Appointments Report has been added as part of the appointment calendar enhancement. This report provides details for service appointments and helps track appointment status more easily.

The report includes columns for Service Advisor, Customer Name, Appointment Start Date, Appointment End Date, and Activity Status. Users can filter the report by Status to view appointments based on the selected criteria. To use the report, navigate to Reports > Service > Service Appointments, select the desired status, and run the report to see the results.

SERVICE- Give Dealers the Ability to Cancel Work Orders

Dealers now have the ability to cancel work orders at the work order status level. Once the vehicle is marked as ready for pick-up, the work order cannot be cancelled — the only available actions at that point are to collect payment or write off the balance.

A new drop-down has been added next to the Work Order Number to manage the work order status. The available statuses are:

  • New — can be changed to Cancel
  • In-Progress — can be changed to Cancel
  • Completed — automatic status only
  • Cancel — new status added, can be changed back to New or In-Progress

If a work order is cancelled and it has active jobs, all associated jobs will automatically be updated to Cancelled as well.

A cancelled work order can be updated back to In-Progress if needed. Users cam click on the cancelled status and a pop up menu will allow the users to select the status they want to up date the work order to.

SERVICE- Inspection Reports - Add an "Other" subcategory

An "Other" subcategory has been added to each of the main categories within all inspection sections of the Inspection Reports. This new subcategory provides users with the flexibility to include items that do not fit into any of the existing predefined categories.

SERVICE- Restrict Screen Actions When WO is Closed

Enhancements have been implemented to restrict certain screen actions when a work order is closed, in order to support accounting requirements. When a work order status is closed, the user interface will be locked, and no further edits to the work order details will be allowed. Payments, however, will remain editable to allow for reversals if needed. Users will still be able to send emails or SMS messages and upload media even when the work order is closed.

SERVICE- Allow Dealers to Add Payment to a Date in the Past

Dealers can now add a payment with a payment date in the past. The Paid Date field is available only for non–third-party payment methods and is excluded for payments processed through Nowpay and Vantiv (Worldpay/Fastpay).

This enhancement allows dealers to accurately record payment dates for internal or manual payments while maintaining proper controls and simplification for third-party processors.
