Overview
Auction Center in DealerCenter allows you to browse, bid, and purchase vehicles directly from your desktop. You’ll find everything you need in one place — from browsing inventory to financing and shipping.
Accessing Auction Center
Log in to DealerCenter.
On the mobile app there are two way to access Auction Center. Upon login, you can access auction center on the home screen.
You can also access it through the side navigation. To view available auctions, select Auctions.
Browsing Auctions
Tap Auctions to see all available vehicles.
At a glance you'll see:
Current bid amount
AutoCheck score
Views and bids count
You can also apply filters as needed. In the top-right corner, select the navigation menu.
From there you will be shown all the available options to narrow your search.
Viewing Vehicle Details
To get a more in-depth breakdown of the vehicle, select a vehicle.
On the vehicle page you can select the views and bids.
Here you can see the number of bids placed and whether they were manual or auto bids. You can also view whether the floor has been met.
Return to the vehicle page and, as you scroll down, you will see the book values, vehicle location, seller information, and the option to get a shipping quote.
Continue scrolling down to view the AutoCheck score and download the full report.
At the bottom of the page, you will see announcements related to the vehicle as well as general conditional information of the vehicle.
Bidding & Buying
Return to the Auctions tab in Auction Center and select bid.
When placing a bid make sure you bid in increments of $100. You will not be able to place a bid if it's less than $100. Then simply select submit to place the bid.
If you are not able to monitor your bids or have to step away. Auction Center has you covered! Toggle the Auto Bid option then to set your max bid and let the system bid for you. Auction Center will bid for you in increments of $100 until your max is reached.
If you'd like to bypass the bidding process, return to the auctions tab and choose Buy Now to instantly purchase a vehicle.
A pop-up will show to confirm your purchase.
Completing a Purchase
Select the Purchases tab to view your won/purchased vehicles.
At glance you will be able to view if your loan has been completed, pending or declined. To complete the purchase of a vehicle click on Complete Purchase.
Now you are three easy steps from completing the purchase. First, select if you'd your own transport or use the DealerCenter shipping through RunBuggy.
You will then get a loan option from our partners at Westlake Flooring. You will get an overview of the loan, shipping estimate, and fees associated to completing the purchase. Submit your loan application for Westlake Flooring to review.
Once approved, you will have the option to print out your receipt.
