BHPH- CheckMyDriver - Add Comprehensive and Collision Fields

This update adds two new fields for insurance—Comprehensive and Collision (Yes/No selectors) --to the Insurance pop-up. This is because there can be instances where the customer does have comp/collision coverage with a zero deductible, or have a deductible less than the dealers min requirement.

In addition, the system will validate deductible values against the minimums set in Dealer Settings. If the dealer has a defined minimum (e,g., $100) and the quote includes coverage with a lower or zero deductible, the system will automatically update the value to meet the minimum during verification. This ensures compliance with dealer insurance requirements and prevents underinsured deals.

BHPH- ExportMetro2 file verification

This update improves how the system checks whether Metro2 Export is allowed before downloading the file, it ensures that the export only happens if credit reporting is activated for the account.

If Metro2 Export is enabled, the file will download as usual.

If it’s disabled, the export option will not proceed and a pop up message will appear to let the user know, the Metro2 file export has not been activated.

BHPH- add “Not Recovered” to the collateral status options

A new collateral status option—“Not Recovered”—has been added to help better track and report on repossession outcomes. This status is now available in the system and reflected across related reports and screens.

  • “Not Recovered” is now available as a selectable option in the Collateral Status field.

  • This collateral status appears in repo status:
    • Out For Repo
    • Completed Repo
    • Charge off Account
    • Charge-off Recap

  • This collateral status appears in reports:
    • Charge-off Overview
    • Charge-off List View

BHPH- Returned ACH Notifications

Dealers will now be notified when an ACH payment is returned due to a customer dispute. While there may still be a delay between the initial payment success and the bank’s return notification, this update ensures dealers are promptly alerted once the return status is received.

Settings:

  • A new notification type has been added under: Settings > Notifications > All Notifications > Payments
  • Users can enable this to receive alerts when a payment is marked as Returned by the processor.
  • Works like other notification types, allowing customization of how and where notifications are received.

Notification Bell:

  • A new row will appear in the Notification Bell when a payment is statuses as Returned.
  • This functions like other payment-related alerts, making it easy to spot returned ACH payments directly from the bell icon.

BHPH- Need an Add Task button in BHPH collections

A new “Add Task” button has been added to the Collections tab in BHPH, allowing users to create, manage, and track tasks directly from within the collections workflow. This includes support for due dates, task completion, follow-ups, and visibility in reports.

  • Create new task
  • Cancel task
  • Complete task (with and without follow-up)

Reporting:

Tasks are reflected in reports such as:

  • Pending Tasks
  • All BHPH Tasks
  • Past Due Tasks
  • My Tasks
  • BHPH Follow-ups
  • To-Dos widget
