This update adds two new fields for insurance—Comprehensive and Collision (Yes/No selectors) --to the Insurance pop-up. This is because there can be instances where the customer does have comp/collision coverage with a zero deductible, or have a deductible less than the dealers min requirement.
In addition, the system will validate deductible values against the minimums set in Dealer Settings. If the dealer has a defined minimum (e,g., $100) and the quote includes coverage with a lower or zero deductible, the system will automatically update the value to meet the minimum during verification. This ensures compliance with dealer insurance requirements and prevents underinsured deals.
How to Set the Minimum Deductible in Dealer Settings:
Examples of Validation Behavior:
Comprehensive and Collision= NO and Amount = $100.00
Comprehensive and Collision= Yes and Amount = $100.00, before verification:
After verification:
This update improves how the system checks whether Metro2 Export is allowed before downloading the file, it ensures that the export only happens if credit reporting is activated for the account.
If Metro2 Export is enabled, the file will download as usual.
If it’s disabled, the export option will not proceed and a pop up message will appear to let the user know, the Metro2 file export has not been activated.
A new collateral status option—“Not Recovered”—has been added to help better track and report on repossession outcomes. This status is now available in the system and reflected across related reports and screens.
Dealers will now be notified when an ACH payment is returned due to a customer dispute. While there may still be a delay between the initial payment success and the bank’s return notification, this update ensures dealers are promptly alerted once the return status is received.
