BHPH My Account – Add a Customer (Dealer View)

DealerCenter’s Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) My Account Portal is a secure platform that allows customers to view and manage their account activity. From making payments and uploading insurance documents to reviewing loan details and payment history, My Account simplifies account management and improves transparency for both dealers and customers. 

Learn how to add a customer to the BHPH My Account Portal using DealerCenter. By sending a secure invitation, customers gain access to their account information to manage payments, insurance, and more.

Steps:

1, Log in to DealerCenter.

2. Open the side navigation menu and select Buy Here Pay Here > Buy Here Pay Here Accounts.

3. Choose the appropriate BHPH account. 

4. Click Additional Actions > Buy Here Pay Here Accounts

5. Choose to send the invite via email or text.

     ⚠️ Important: The customer must verify their account using the same email address already listed on their BHPH account.

6. Customer follows the link and:

  • Confirms identity (name, DOB, phone number).
  • Creates a password.
  • Verifies their email.
  • Returns to the portal and selects I've verified my email.

    ⚠️ Details must match the existing BHPH account.
