DealerCenter’s Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) My Account Portal is a secure platform that allows customers to view and manage their account activity. From making payments and uploading insurance documents to reviewing loan details and payment history, My Account simplifies account management and improves transparency for both dealers and customers.
This video provides dealers with a full walkthrough of the BHPH My Account Portal, showcasing how customers interact with their accounts and what features are available to them. While the walkthrough is from the dealer’s perspective, it outlines the customer experience to ensure clarity and ease of use.
You can access the portal either by visiting your dealership website or through DealerCenter by navigating to Marketing > My Website and clicking on the website URL, then select My Account.
The Account Summary page provides a snapshot of the customer’s loan, including account status, current balance, and payoff amount. From this page, customers can make a payment by selecting Make a Payment and following the guided payment processing steps.
The Account Details page offers a detailed view of the loan, including the origination date, remaining term, and total amount paid.
The Payment History page displays a complete record of all past payments for quick reference.
The Insurance Details page displays current insurance information. Customers can upload new insurance documents by clicking Upload Document. Once uploaded, the file is attached to the account and a notification is sent to DealerCenter to reflect the update.
