BHPH My Account – Account Setup (Customer View)

DealerCenter’s Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) My Account Portal is a secure platform that allows customers to view and manage their account activity. From making payments and uploading insurance documents to reviewing loan details and payment history, My Account simplifies account management and improves transparency for both dealers and customers. 

This walkthrough shows customers how to set up their BHPH My Account Portal. With just a few simple steps, they can activate their account and unlock access to payment tools, insurance uploads, and account history. 

Steps:

1. Click the invitation link received via email or text.
2. Confirm identity (name, DOB, phone number). ⚠️ This information must match what’s already on file with the dealership.
3. Create a secure password
4. Open the verification email and click Verify Your Account.
5. Return to the portal and select I've verified my email.

Once completed, customers can manage payments, insurance, and view their full account history.
