BHPH My Account – Customer Portal Overview

DealerCenter’s Buy Here Pay Here (BHPH) My Account Portal is a secure platform that allows customers to view and manage their account activity. From making payments and uploading insurance documents to reviewing loan details and payment history, My Account simplifies account management and improves transparency for both dealers and customers. 

In this video, customers are shown how to navigate the BHPH My Account Portal after setup. This video highlights how to use each section of the portal to stay informed and in control of their account. The walkthrough is presented from the customer’s point of view to ensure relevance and usability.

After logging in via the dealership website and selecting My Account, customers land on the Account Summary page. Here, they can view their loan status, current balance, and payoff amount. To make a payment, they simply click Make a Payment and follow the on-screen instructions to complete the transaction.

The Account Details page provides additional loan insights, such as the origination date, remaining term, and total paid to date. Customers can also review their full payment history for transparency and tracking via the Payment History page.

On the Insurance Details page, customers can view their current insurance information and upload new documents by selecting Upload Document. Once submitted, the dealership is automatically notified of the update.
