All deals with ACC and Flagship with an aligned status will be auto submitted.
Dealers can now send messages directly to Flagship from the deal. A “Message Lender” tab is available on the bottom of the deal screen. Once clicked, a message box will pop up and a message can be sent to Flagship. All communication will be recorded in the notes section.
Using the customer’s contact phone number in the global search field, BHPH accounts with the clients phone number associated to the BHPH deal will now appear.
We have added a new version of the Payment History form in the BHPH print menu - Condensed Payment History. This was added because some dealers had requested a different version of the Payment History form that would have a little less detail and be formatted to show more records on a single page.
We have increased the current “Upcoming Payments” report only gives you data for 2 months. We have extended the reporting to capture 3 months out.
Per dealer request, we have added the VIN to the vehicle section of the BHPH account.
Dealers can turn on Tax Automation from the dealer settings if it is available in their state. They can avoid manually turning it on every deal.
Dealers can now select individual documents to Paper Out or Print. Previously, dealers had to Paper Out or print the entire package of esigned document. With this change, dealers can select only those forms they need, which is helpful for when a single document needs to be Papered Out to submit to the state. The Print Copy and Paper Out buttons will be enabled after the user has made their selection.
The user will not be able to print a copy on a document that has been Papered Out because that document is no longer available in the vault. The use will be presented a message telling them that they watermarked copies are available in the Deal File Tab.
We have also added the status of each document in the eContracting window to let the user know if an individual document has been Papered Out
Because of compliance concerns, we have also removed the ability for users to send a copy of the eSigned documents to their lender.
We have added a WalkMe announcement and a guided tutorial to help alert users to the changes. Users will see the following message when they open the eContracting window and a completed session:
Clicking “Learn More” on the popup will initiate a guided tutorial walking the user through the changes
We have added "Municipal Vehicle" as an option in the title brand selection in the inventory record.
** Westlake will not finance vehicles with a “Municipal Vehicle” title brand.
Municipal Vehicle. – Any vehicle utilized for Municipal purposes incl. Light vehicles, Heavy Vehicles, Buses and Mini buses included in the Municipal Fleet List.
