Release Notes - January 2022
Check out the major updates, enhancements, fixes and new features released in Jan 2022.
DealerCenter will now be able to show all of the collection activities that are in the versions of the “All activities List View” report (CRM Reports) for the BHPH activities.
Dealers will be able to add columns and filters to include:
- Create Date
- Account Number
- Customer Name
- Activity Type
- Assigned to Username
Default sorting will be by Descending “Created Date”
Currently, the number of references were dictated by the lenders:
For Western Funding, hardcoded to require 6.
For WestLake it is driven by product. Standard = 10, Gold = 6 and Platinum/Titanium = 4.
The deployment will allow the Buy Programs results to dictate how many references will be required.
For Western Funding, The “Additional Info for Faster Funding” pop up will load and show 6 references fields, but will only require the user to input the required amount of references dictated by the Buy Program template. If the template says 1 Refence, then the “Faster Funding” pop header will also say “Minimum of 1 Reference Required” and should only require 1 reference to be filled out. Another example, if template requires 3, we will have fields for 6 references but will only require 3 references to be filled out. If the template asks 10, the “Additional Info for Faster Funding” pop up will show 10 fields for references and will require 10 reference fields to be filled out.
For Westlake, number of reference fields will based on Buy Program template. But it will not make them required to be filled out. If the Buy Program template doesn’t require any references, then the “Additional Info for Faster Funding” will show only one reference field.
Stip Display: Remove waived stips
Currently in the Buy Program approval, the “Primary Applicant Stips” will list out all required stips. Any stips that have been waived will have a line draw through them and marked as “(Waived)”.
The deployment with no longer list any stips that have been waived.
Currently GOLF Acceptance was only in California will 115 pilot dealers, but will be expanding to South Carolina and Georgia.

The lienholder selector has been added to Cash deals. This will allow dealer to associate their cash deals with a lienholder if needed for tracking and printing forms.
We have added the itemization for the individual items that make up the sales tax amount in California.
We have added a pair of new fields to the Sales Tax Reporting report in the state of Indiana. The new values are Gross Sales and Net Sales. Additionally, the taxable amount will be displayed as $0.00 when no tax is collected on the deal.
- Gross Sales: The taxable amount BEFORE the trade-in credit is deducted.
- Net Sales: The taxable amount AFTER the trade-in credit is deducted. This will match the taxable amount unless no tax was collected on the deal, at which point the taxable amount will be $0.00.
