Check out the major updates, enhancements, fixes and new features released in Jan 2022.
DealerCenter will now be able to show all of the collection activities that are in the versions of the “All activities List View” report (CRM Reports) for the BHPH activities.
Dealers will be able to add columns and filters to include:
Default sorting will be by Descending “Created Date”
Currently, the number of references were dictated by the lenders:
For Western Funding, hardcoded to require 6.
For WestLake it is driven by product. Standard = 10, Gold = 6 and Platinum/Titanium = 4.
The deployment will allow the Buy Programs results to dictate how many references will be required.
For Western Funding, The “Additional Info for Faster Funding” pop up will load and show 6 references fields, but will only require the user to input the required amount of references dictated by the Buy Program template. If the template says 1 Refence, then the “Faster Funding” pop header will also say “Minimum of 1 Reference Required” and should only require 1 reference to be filled out. Another example, if template requires 3, we will have fields for 6 references but will only require 3 references to be filled out. If the template asks 10, the “Additional Info for Faster Funding” pop up will show 10 fields for references and will require 10 reference fields to be filled out.
For Westlake, number of reference fields will based on Buy Program template. But it will not make them required to be filled out. If the Buy Program template doesn’t require any references, then the “Additional Info for Faster Funding” will show only one reference field.
