1. Device Enrollment

Enroll your mobile device to enable secure and easy login.

How It Works

To use MFA features, you must first enroll your device through the DealerCenter Mobile App.

Steps to Enroll Your Device

  1. Open the DealerCenter Mobile App.

  2. From the Dashboard, tap Enroll on the enrollment pop-up
    OR
Navigate to Settings → Security → Set Up MFA, then tap Enroll Device.

  3. Wait for the confirmation message:
    “Device enrolled successfully.”

Once enrolled, your device will be used to generate security codes and receive login approval requests.

2. Using Security Codes (TOTP)

Log in securely — even without an internet connection.

Security Codes (also known as TOTP codes) are time-based, 6-digit codes generated directly from the DealerCenter Mobile App.

How It Works

  1. Open the DealerCenter Mobile App.

  2. Navigate to MFA Passkey or Security Codes.

  3. View your current 6-digit security code.

  4. On the DealerCenter login page:

    • Enter your username and password

    • Click Log In

  5. When prompted, enter the 6-digit security code.

  6. Click Verify to complete login.

Note: Security Codes work without an internet connection once your device is enrolled.

3. Approving Login Requests via Push Notifications

Approve or deny login attempts instantly from your phone.

When push notifications are enabled, DealerCenter will send a login request to your enrolled device whenever a new login attempt is detected.

How It Works

  1. When a login attempt occurs, a push notification is sent to your enrolled phone.

  2. Open the notification to review the login details.

  3. Tap Allow to approve the login
    OR
Tap Deny if you do not recognize the attempt.

This option provides a fast, secure, and convenient way to control access to your account.
