The Caller ID feature in the DealerCenter Mobile App allows sales reps to make and receive VoIP calls directly within the app while instantly identifying the customer. During a call, reps can view caller details, access customer records, take notes, and review call history—all without leaving the conversation.
This helps teams respond faster, stay organized, and deliver a more personalized customer experience.
With Caller ID enabled in the DealerCenter Mobile App, you can:
See the customer’s name and phone number when a call is received
Make and receive VoIP calls directly in the app
View call status (in progress, recording enabled, call duration)
Take notes during the call
Navigate directly to the customer’s detail page while speaking
Review call history and past interactions with the customer
When a customer calls through the DealerCenter Mobile App:
The incoming call displays the customer name and phone number.
The call screen shows the call status and whether recording is enabled.
While on the call, you can:
Take notes
View customer details
Navigate to the customer’s record
You can also place outbound calls directly from the app:
Open a customer record or call history.
Tap the phone icon to start a call.
The call connects through VoIP, and the customer details remain accessible during the conversation.
All calls made and received through the app are logged automatically.
From Call History, you can:
View inbound and outbound calls
See the associated customer
Identify call direction (incoming or outgoing)
Quickly return calls with one tap
During or after a call, reps can add notes that are saved to the customer record. This ensures:
