Overview

We've developed a mobile-friendly dashboard to help dealerships more effectively manage their vehicle reconditioning processes using key performance indicators (KPIs). Each metric displayed on the dashboard is interactive and can be tapped for deeper insights.

Within the Performance tab, dealers can view technician-level insights, including current workload, task distribution, and productivity—all presented in an easy-to-understand graphical format.

Dashboard Tabs at a Glance

WorkflowTrack the overall recon pipeline, average days in recon, and workflow summaries across your inventory.
ExpenseMonitor costs associated with the reconditioning process, including expense breakdowns and trends over time.
PerformanceView technician-level insights including workload distribution, task completion, and productivity graphs.

Recon Dashboard Summary

The Summary section provides a quick snapshot of key recon metrics at the dealership level, including average days in recon and needs-attention alerts.

Recon Dashboard – Average Days In Recon

This view shows the average number of days vehicles spend in the recon process. Use the interactive chart to identify trends and spot bottlenecks in your workflow.

Filters in Average Days In Recon

Tap the filter icon to refine the Average Days In Recon view by workflow stage, date range, or other criteria to get more targeted insights.

Recon Dashboard – Expense Tab

The Expense tab breaks down reconditioning costs across your inventory. Monitor spending trends and identify areas where costs can be reduced.

The Performance tab delivers technician-level analytics including efficiency over time, technician performance comparisons, and workload distribution graphs.

Tips for Using the Dashboard

  • Tap any KPI card to drill into detailed data for that metric.
  • Use the tab bar at the top to switch between Workflow, Expense, and Performance views.
  • Apply filters in the Average Days In Recon section to narrow results by workflow or date.
  • Check the Performance tab regularly to monitor technician productivity and balance workloads.
  • Metrics flagged under Needs Attention indicate vehicles or tasks that require immediate follow-up.
