Change of Principal Request

To update the Principal on an account, These items below need to be completed:
- New owner needs to go through the online sign up process.
- Both the previous owner and the new owner, need to complete a change of principal form. (See attachment Below)
- Proof of ownership will also be needed.
Business Entity Verification – Legal document showing the ownership structure of the business. Often submitted to the Secretary of State. Common examples include Operating Agreement and Articles of Incorporation. Must show the Officers, Owners, Partners, etc of the business.
