Change of Dealership Name

To update the dealerships name on the DealerCenter account, please complete and submit the "Change of Dealership Name" form.
Please submit a copy of the new business license to reflect the correct dealership name. Please also submit a copy of the new phone bill or alternate proof of the phone bill with the new name.
The Change of Dealership Name form and supporting documents can be sent to your DealerCenter rep or FAX (866)273-3277.
