BHPH

In the dealers settings ( Admin>Dealer Settings > Dealer Profile > Payment settings ), Dealers can set up a processing fee when taking various payments. Users can apply a flat amount or a percentage of the amount being processed. This setting has been moved from the BHPH settings as it is now applicable to Deal and BHPH payments. In the future, the settings will be applied to deposits in the inventory and customer modules.

The processing fee can be automatedly applied to various payment types the dealership selects.

CRM

Set appointment based on Dealership's location and not local time

Currently the CRM schedules appointments based on the computer’s local time and not the dealers location, so if a dealer is working remotely or is using appointment setters from another time zone it schedules it based on that computers local time zone when the appointment is scheduled. The new setting will schedule the appointment based on the dealer’s physical address.

DEAL

Request to add credit card processing fee on a payment

When taking a payment, users will be able to apply a processing fee. The processing fee applied will be based on the settings made in the dealer profile. Users can also override the amount by manually entering a processing fee amount.

When marking Deal sold, if inventory status is sold, show message and let them continue

If inventory is in “Sold” status, DealerCenter will check if it is associated to any other deal than the current deal. If the vehicle is then the message that will show will be “ Inventory is sold, cannot proceed”

If it is not associated to any other deal, than the current deal, the message will be “Do you want to proceed?”

If they say no, Dealercenter will not mark deal as sold.

If the user selects “Yes”, we will change the Inventory status from Sold->Inventory, save, and then mark the deal and inventory as Sold.

Allow printing any print packs for any lender except for WFS/WFI/Econtracting

Currently in production if a dealer has accepted the offer from a lender and they want to print out another lender print pack, we block it and do not allow them to print the other lenders print pack. In this deployment, a dealer will be able to print out another PLP lenders print pack, except for Westlake or Western Fundings print pack.
