Learn how to use this feature to send targeted marketing messages to your customers and prospects!

What is it? 

DealerCenter offers you the ability to send up to 200 text messages and 200 emails at a time for targeted marketing. This 200-message limit is in place to ensure you stay complaint with text communication regulations and email spam rules.

Here are examples of smart and targeted ways to use bulk communications:

  1. A list of customers who have a birthday this month.
  2. A list of customers who were marked as lost status because they couldn’t get financing.
  3. A list of customer who came into the dealership this week and completed a test drive.
  4. A list of customers who bought a vehicle in the past 2 weeks.
