What is it?
DealerCenter offers you the ability to send up to 200 text messages and 200 emails at a time for targeted marketing. This 200-message limit is in place to ensure you stay complaint with text communication regulations and email spam rules.
Here are examples of smart and targeted ways to use bulk communications:
- A list of customers who have a birthday this month.
- A list of customers who were marked as lost status because they couldn’t get financing.
- A list of customer who came into the dealership this week and completed a test drive.
- A list of customers who bought a vehicle in the past 2 weeks.
