How to Add and Find Lead Prospects in DealerCenter

Adding New Prospects Automatically

Most of your leads will come from online sources like your website, Autotrader, or Facebook. DealerCenter automatically imports these leads into your CRM and notifies you in real-time. You can access lead details directly from your Notification Center, Customer Info Tile, or CRM Dashboard.

  1. Go to Dashboards in the side menu
  2. Click CRM Dashboard

Scanning Driver's Licenses

For in-person interactions, quickly create a new prospect by scanning the back of a customer's driver's license. DealerCenter checks for duplicates and populates the prospect's details automatically.

Manual Entry of Prospects

You can also add prospects manually by entering their contact details.

  1. From the Homepage, click the Add a Prospect quick link
  2. Enter the customer's name, phone number, and email
  3. If there's a match to an existing customer, you'll be prompted to view or ignore the record

Adding detailed information improves CRM insights and reporting accuracy.


Leveraging the Wishlist

Use the Wishlist feature to save vehicles a customer is interested in. If a matching vehicle is scanned at an auction, you'll receive a notification, helping you match inventory to customer demand.
