We've partnered with Dealertrack RTS to help dealers with registration and titling services in the following states:

CA, CT, GA, IL, IN, LA, MD, MA, NJ, NY, NC, OH, PA, VA, WI

Dealertrack's application can import deals and perform the various functions needed for the registration and titling of deals. This is especially helpful in California, given the new electronic ROS requirement.

How does it work?

This new functionality allows you to either create and export a file for a single deal from the deal screen, or create and export a multi-record file from the deal reports. You can then log into the Dealtrack RTS system to import the file and perform the various functions needed.

How do I get started?

In order to use this integration, you'll need to sign up with Dealertrack separately. Please contact their team here to sign up: Dealertrack RTS

After signing up, you'll head to your Dealer Settings to activate the functionality. 

Go to Settings --> Deal page --> Partner Settings tab 

Next, just select the "Activate" button next to Dealertrack. 

After activating, a new button will be available on the left nav of the deal screen labeled "Dealertrack Reg/Title Export".

How do I export the data?

Exporting Data For A Single Deal

First, click on the button labeled "Dealertrack Reg/Title Export" on the left nav of the deal screen. Once you click the button, a file for that single deal will be generated. 

The resulting file will show up in the downloads bar at the bottom of the browser. You can then drag this to the file location used by the Dealertrack RTS application.

Exporting Data For Multiple Deals

Export multiple records in a single file by going to the deal reports, selecting the batch for export, and using the right-click action for – Dealertrack Reg/Title Export.

The resulting file will show up in the downloads bar at the bottom of the browser. You can then drag this to the file location used by the Dealertrack RTS application.
