With DC chat you can respond to and easily manage incoming chats from sources like your dealer website or Facebook
How does it work?
DC chat is accessible from both the DealerCenter mobile app on your smartphone and in DealerCenter on your desktop
From DealerCenter on your desktop select the chat icon from the top of the homepage to open the message center. Notice from this one page you can access chats initiated from your dealer website as well as incoming chats from your Facebook business page. SMS text messages and email inboxes are also available here, but we’ll be focusing specifically on the chat features in the video above.
