Did you know you can start a video call from inside a DealerCenter customer chat?
How does it work?
Just tap the video call icon to send a video call link in the chat. Next, both you and your customer will tap the link, which appears in the chat, to initiate the video call by following the next couple steps.
You can use the options for call controls like camera on/ off and mute. Click the 3 dots setting menu to switch from your phones front camera to the back camera.
