What is Podium?

Automate review invites and reminders, so you never miss out on getting more stars!

Podium helps improve online business ratings and reviews, enhances reputation, and increases online visibility. This is done by sending review requests via text to recent customers.

The process is straightforward: send a text, making it easy for both the business and the customer. With this approach, you're likely to see a significant increase in reviews with minimal effort. Texts automatically sent through Podium prompt customers to quickly leave a review.

How does it work?

With DealerCenter's integration with Podium, review requests are sent automatically via text, triggered by specific customer statuses within your DealerCenter CRM.

To set up automated review requests:

  1. Go to Settings from the left navigation menu.
  2. Select Customer, then go to the Lead Management tab.

  3. Scroll to the Podium Integration for Customer Reviews section.

  4. Check the box for Enable Auto Review Invites.
  5. Set up which statuses will initiate a review request. Review requests are sent out nightly for customers who have changed to these statuses throughout the day.

  6. Click Save to apply your settings.

Please note, the limit is 40 review requests per month, with additional requests available for an extra cost.
