How to Add VSC, GAP, and Other Add-On Products to a Deal

Activate Product Partners

Before you can add add-on products to a deal, you must activate your provider accounts in DealerCenter.

1. Go to Settings and select Deal from the side menu.
2. Go to the Partner Settings tab.
3. Find the provider you want to activate. Enter your account ID, then click Activate.
   
   
   Example: For NAAC, enter your NAAC account ID and click Activate.
   
   
4. If you need help obtaining an account ID, contact the provider directly or work with your DealerCenter rep.

Add Products When Starting a New Deal

You can add add-on products when first starting a deal.

1. From the new deal screen, go to the Deal Info section.
2. In the VSC/Products field, click the more options icon.
3. A list of available providers will appear, such as SecureOne, GWC Warranty, NAAC, and Wrench.
   
   
   
   
4. Select the provider to begin adding their product to the deal.

Add Products on a Deal: Deal Contract Tab

Once a deal is started, you can also add products from the Deal Contract tab.

1. Open the deal and go to the Deal Contract tab.
2. In the Structure section, find the VSC/Products field and click the more options icon.
3. A list of product providers will be shown.
   
   
   
   
4. Click a provider’s name to continue. For partners like Wrench, a menu of available product options will appear—just select the one you want to add.
   
   
   
   

Get Quote and Customize Plan

Some providers like GWC Warranty offer a quote flow for product selection and customization.

1. After selecting the provider, click the Get Quote link.
   
   
   
   
2. This will display a list of available plans and coverage options for the selected vehicle.
3. Select your desired plan and configure it by adjusting deductibles, term lengths, or add-ons.
4. Once complete, click Apply to Deal to add the product to the deal.
   
   
   
   

Finalizing Adding Product

After adding products, finalize your selections to include them in the deal contract.

1. The option to adjust pricing may be available for some products, depending on the provider and specific plan selected.
   
   
   
   
2. To add multiple products (such as both a VSC and GAP), repeat the steps for each provider.
3. You can remove or modify any product before finalizing the deal.
4. To review, click Print or Preview to view the updated deal contract with included products.
