3 Steps to Setup Integrated Leads
	Check that your lead source is on our Integrated Lead Source list located on the Settings page (show me how). If it's not, find out how to get it added.
	Find your unique lead email address on the Settings page (show me how).
	Call or email your lead vender and ask them to send your leads your to your unique lead email address. (what should I say?)

1. Check our existing lead source integrations

Check the list of integrated lead sources (like Cars.com, Autotrader, CarsGuru, etc.) on the Customer Setting page - Select Settings from the Homepage.

Then select Customer on the Settings page.

Select the Integrated Lead Source button to see the list of providers we are already setup to accept leads from.

2. Find your unique DealerCenter lead email address

Locate the Email to Provide Lead Sources on the Settings page. 

 

3. Call or email your lead vender 

	Ask your lead vendor to send your leads to your unique DealerCenter lead email address.
	Some lead sources will send leads to more than one email addresses. However, we will always forward the lead vendor's original lead email to you - so don't worry about changing the email address that your leads are currently being sent to (if any). Set your Forward Incoming Lead's To email address on the Settings page (shown above).
	Some lead vendors have different email options: they can send a standard HTML email or an 'ADF' or "XML" email. If available, please ask your lead vender to send ADF/XML emails.

My lead vendor isn't in the Integrated Lead Source list?

No problem - we'll do our best to get them quickly add them!

Typically, we just need an example of the leads they are sending you. Call into our support team or reach out to your DealerCenter rep.

Some lead vendors have different email options: they can send a standard HTML email or an 'ADF' or "XML" email. If possible, please ask your lead vender to send an example ADF/XML email. As soon as we get them setup you can start having them send leads directly to your unique DealerCenter lead email address.
