AI-Powered Description Builder

The AI Vehicle Description Builder helps dealers instantly create professional, engaging, and optimized vehicle listings—without the hassle of writing them manually. With just a few clicks, dealers can generate high-quality descriptions.

Features

• Automatically generates clear, well-written descriptions in seconds.
• Highlights key vehicle features and selling points using persuasive language.

How It Works

1.  Enable the Tool

Go to Settings > Inventory > AI > Description and turn on the AI Description Generator.

2. Set Global Preferences

Choose tone, style, language, and optional targeting settings (e.g., families, luxury buyers, seasonal promotions).

3. Generate Descriptions

From your Active Inventory List, open a vehicle, go to the Description tab, and click AI Description Generator. Customize settings and click Generate.

4. Review and Save

Preview, edit, or regenerate descriptions (up to 25 times per vehicle), then save your preferred version.

How It Works

1. Enable Global Enhancements

• Go to Settings > Inventory > Media.

• Scroll to Photo Enhancement and choose either Blur Background or Replace Background.

• Preview your selection and click Save.

2. Customize Per Vehicle

• Navigate to a vehicle’s Media tab.
• Click Enhance Photos to adjust settings individually.
• Apply blur, background replacement, or overlays as needed.
